Tilda in the rain

Since it's been raining like every day lately, I thought this Tilda stamp was very appropriate. Hope you like her.

Here's an Edwin card I just finished. It's a little plain, but I love how Edwin came out.

My Scrap Room

So I finally decided to give this whole blogging thing a try. I figure it might be a fun project. So here it is. I am awful at writing, but I will give it a try anyway, starting with my scrapping space.

Here it is... my scrap space. Technically it's a study, but my husband has barely enough room for his computer desk. The rest I have taken over.

This is my main workspace. A simple table from IKEA, with storage units along the back for quick access. I have a set of cubes to store all my copics within easy reach as well as my unmounted stamps, in the pink cube. I also have my Slice close at hand. Underneath I have 2 blue units I picked up at target. It has plastic divided drawers that I store a lot of my wood mounted stamps in. I also have a carousel to the right that has my markers and some regularly used tools on it. Above I have shelves to show off my completed projects.

I have many sets of open shelves that I bought at Lowest and on these I have IKEA wooden drawers as well as some plastic storage drawers. These hold embellishments, chipboard, adhesive, etc. And of course, my cat Missy. She is usually found sitting in the middle of any current project I am working on.

Under my other IKEA table, I have more storage... wire baskets and metal drawers. These store my stamps and current kits I am working with. The bottom drawer also has some of my newer sizzix dies.

Here's my closet. It is divided down the middle with more open shelving. Along the back is another shelf that runs the length of the closet. To the left side I have a set of metal cubes to store old kits in.
In the middle I have my plain cardstock divided by color.

The rest of my patterned paper is under the window, sorted by line or by kit club.

And finally, more shelving with various storage for stamps, ink, paper, etc. I have a lot of plastic shoe boxes and other boxes to store everything nicely stacked on the shelves.

Tilda with Sunflower

Here's a card I made awhile ago. I'm still new to this so it's not perfect. I used copics to color in Tilda, patterned paper from an old Scarlet Lime kit (January '09 i think), and cardstock to try and match from my stash. Hope you like it.
